Life Wears Beauty

This week has been a bit of a difficult one at work.  I sort of felt as if I was dragging myself through it.  It has been a week that has made me realise how lucky I am to be born in the family I have.  So many children around us suffer silently and because of their bizarre ways of showing things are wrong, such as behaviour, adults misinterpret the signs completely.  When I come across these situations, which is often sadly enough, I feel lucky for being surrounded by nothing else but love and that I do the job that I do.

The Urban Decay Naked 3 palette is something I enjoyed more this week.  I was more inclined towards rosy looks and this palette is perfect for that as it is mostly composed of rosy toned shades.  It was a different take on my make-up as I usually go for the brown colours but I did love it.

I've been getting into yoga and working out and all that stuff this year, as this was one of my goals.  However, with the hectic schedule I live by motivation to find the time is a bit of a tough issue.  So I installed this app Runtastic Butt Trainer, as my butt is the problematic area, and have been doing it all week.  It is not boring at all and the exercises are very easy to follow unlike certain workouts.  It follows a level system, you go 7 by level one following the same set of exercises and then it takes you up a level.  I like this bit because it feels like a challenge and you're more likely to follow through things when there is a challenge involved. So if you need a kick in the ass to put those trainers on and get moving try this app.
